            In reality, most people do not have the need for the professional services of an attorney except to have a Will prepared, handle a real estate transaction or receive some quick legal advice.  My law offices assist many with regard to these less complicated issues on a daily basis.  However, for those of you who experience life-changing events, such as being injured in an automobile accident or experiencing marital difficulties leading to divorce-related disputes, Dimeo Law Offices will work with you through these difficult times as we have done since 1993. 

             The Dimeo Law Offices are located in Ellwood City and New Castle have provided efficient legal services to residents of Lawrence, Beaver and other surrounding counties for well over a decade. 

             Our office is committed to providing quality legal representation and personalized attention to every case and every client.

            Those who retain our professional services meet directly with an attorney at every appointment and have their phone calls answered or returned promptly.  Communication is the cornerstone of a positive attorney-client relationship. 

          Most importantly, we do not believe that there is a need to pay exorbitant fees for the quality legal services you deserve.  There is no consultation or other fees to meet with an attorney if you have been injured in an automobile accident.  Consultation fees at other law firms with regard to domestic matters are typically $100.00 or more.  We have never changed our consultation fee from $50.00 for a minimum of ½ hour to discuss the issues that you are facing.

  Larger personal injury firms charge up to 40% of any recovery plus reimbursement for costs.  Our law firm has consistently charged no more than 33 ⅓% as a contingency fee to our automobile accident clientele or other injured clients.  If we do not obtain a recovery through a settlement or verdict for the injuries you have suffered, there is NO FEE.  

            To our prospective domestic clients, we also provide quality legal services for those in need of services relating to divorce, support, custody or adoption.  Our fees are more than merely competitive and our service in this area is also unrivaled.
